Our Story

Ken's Oil Service, Inc. was founded in 1996 when Ken Edelman purchased a small local fuel distributor. The original business consisted of two main products, diesel and gas, and a trade area within a 25 mile radius of Forrest, IL. There was one fuel truck and a small office to operate out of. The first customers of Ken's Oil were mainly local area farmers.

Shortly after its beginning, Ken's Oil opened a lubrication side and began to sell lubes to the agricultural customers they were already servicing with fuel. This brought an additional product line that added tremendous growth potential to the company. The lubrication program didn't end at the agricultural market, but grew to include factories, local manufacturers, and business throughout Central IL.

Currently, Ken's Oil services a 60 mile radius of Forrest. With three tandem axle fuel trucks with the capacity to fill at the terminal, and one single axle fuel truck to service fuel oil and smaller deliveries. Our lubricate program includes two Branded Co. and house brand oil products. We have one box truck and five pickups with lift gates to service your lubricant needs.
